1) Educational Qualification: Banks hire candidates with at least a degree in any discipline from a recognized University OR Any equivalent qualification recognized by Central Government. Applicants with knowledge of computers (Proficient in Ms Office, Basic Applications, Internet Usage etc.) along with a certification stand a better change to get the job.2) Age Criteria – Most of the banks recruit candidates with minimum 21 years & maximum 30 years.
